To begin, you need to follow simple baby steps on a daily basis that give you a feel-good factor. Find ways that make you appreciate and love yourself. Set realistic goals and tasks that you can implement on a regular basis, which will help you attain true happiness and contentment in life. 💕

Product Review
The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%
Here’s a few OBVIOUS reasons why I love The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%:
✔️ Safe to use during pregnancy (I have been using it ever since I conceived) and my skin LOVES it!
✔️ Great for oily acne-prone skin (such as mine!)
✔️ Unlike many acids, this is super gentle and doesn’t cause any irritation (just a tingly feeling for a few days initially until your skin adjusts)
✔️ Helps reduce redness and improve skin texture (especially those persistent tiny red bumps)
✔️ Its lightweight cream-gel formula makes it extremely easy to absorb and penetrate into the skin
How to use: you can use it as a spot treatment OR (like I do) a pea-sized amount all over your face at night (can also be used in the AM).
⭐️ PRO TIP (for preggo women too!): Use Azelaic Acid Suspension in combination with Pixi Glow Tonic (Glycolic Acid is also pregnancy safe) and THANK ME LATER! It’ll do wonders to your skin!
4th January, 2022, when Sara had turned almost one month old.
This was the time when almost every single day I shed a tear or two, feeling trapped, miserable, & disgusted (with myself) amongst so many other things.
I would cry to my husband and tell him I had lost myself, I could no longer be care-free and independent and that I would never be able to do things for MYSELF just for the heck of it.
Almost four months down the road, I still often feel the same way. But now with time, it’s gotten better because Ive realised that I am looking after the most beautiful human being who happens to be my daughter. That’s a major achievement. It’s something to be FREAKING proud of. I may still feel like I’m trapped at times, but hopefully that one day will also come when I find myself again. But for now, I am just trying my best to take it one step at a time.
